Nyungwe gives Nabigaga an important opportunity to sell a different Rwanda experience from gorilla trekking.
This itinerary is designed around the ancient rainforest of southern Rwanda and its remarkable biodiversity.
The central experience is chimpanzee trekking, complemented by the forest canopy experience and the landscapes surrounding Rwanda’s tea-growing communities.
The current Nyungwe booking platform provides 2025/2026 activity and accommodation information, while the published 2026/27 fee information lists international visitor park entry at US$100 for one night, US$150 for two nights, and US$200 for three nights, subject to the applicable tariff.

Receive your ranger briefing.
Enter the forest.

Return to the lodge.
